These classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate students, who want to practice yoga for everyday fitness, improve their postures and stay regular with their practice.

The session starts with grounding, short meditation, warm-up, yoga asana practice, restoration and closing to end the session.

Ankush has been my yoga instructor for 6 months now and it has been good experience. I can feel the difference in my body strength and flexibility. He holds good knowledge about yoga poses and he gradually introduces new poses. There is variation in each class which doesn't make it monotonous.Recommended.

I was never a Yoga person, but Thanks to Ankush who not only taught me Yoga but also bought positive changes to my life .. I started randomly checking the Yoga classes when I started thinking of practicing Yoga. During my search in social media I came to know about “Yoga With Ankush”. Since I was in very much-needed of Yoga, with confusion mind, I joined to Yoga class with “Yoga With Ankush”. Must agree the trainer Ankush is a very well balanced and calm minded person. He always makes sure that the information and the impact of the each asana should be delivered to the Trainee while practicing the asanas. Thank you @Ankush Dhiman for wonderful Yoga training.
