My journey includes teaching at premier organizations like Cult.fit and Ashmayu Yoga, where I specialized in structured, results-oriented yoga.

These are the questions most people have before their first class.
Absolutely. The classes are designed for beginners. Every pose includes step-by-step guidance and practical modifications – you’ll never be pushed beyond your current ability.
No. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement. We work with your current range and build from there.
Classes are held on Zoom. After booking, you’ll receive the meeting link via email. A laptop or desktop offers the best experience, but a phone or tablet works too – just position it so your full body is visible.
It’s strongly encouraged. Keeping your camera on allows real-time posture correction, which is what makes live classes different from recorded videos. If you prefer starting with it off, that’s completely fine.
Each batch is capped at 20 students. The small group format ensures individual attention, clear visibility, and safer practice.
No problem. There’s no minimum attendance requirement – simply join the next scheduled session.
Many students join with mild back or joint discomfort. Please mention your condition before your first class so appropriate modifications can be offered. If you have a serious or medically diagnosed condition, consult your doctor before starting.
Just a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. No special equipment is required.

The ₹500 1-Week Experience Pass includes 3 live classes, giving you the opportunity to experience the teaching style, class structure, and community before committing to a full month. If you decide to continue, the ₹500 you’ve already paid will be adjusted toward your first month’s fee, leaving just ₹2,500 to pay for the remaining 9 classes of your 12-class monthly cycle.
