  • The Idea: Attend the class first and pay whatever you feel like, after the session.
  • Date & Time: 24th April, Saturday. 8 AM – 9 AM
  • Goal: Introducing you to yoga / re-spark your fitness routine.
  • Class Duration: Approx. 55-60 mins
  • Class structure: The session starts with grounding, short meditation, warm-up, yoga asana practice, restoration and closing to end the session.
  • Location: Zoom
