These are the questions most people have before their first class.

Is this suitable if I’ve never done yoga before?

Absolutely. The classes are designed for beginners. Every pose includes step-by-step guidance and practical modifications – you’ll never be pushed beyond your current ability.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

No. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement. We work with your current range and build from there.

What platform do the classes run on?

Classes are held on Zoom. After booking, you’ll receive the meeting link via email. A laptop or desktop offers the best experience, but a phone or tablet works too – just position it so your full body is visible.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

It’s strongly encouraged. Keeping your camera on allows real-time posture correction, which is what makes live classes different from recorded videos. If you prefer starting with it off, that’s completely fine.

How many students are in each class?

Each batch is capped at 20 students. The small group format ensures individual attention, clear visibility, and safer practice.

What if I miss a class?

No problem. There’s no minimum attendance requirement – simply join the next scheduled session.

I have a back / knee / joint issue. Can I still join?

Many students join with mild back or joint discomfort. Please mention your condition before your first class so appropriate modifications can be offered. If you have a serious or medically diagnosed condition, consult your doctor before starting.

What equipment do I need?

Just a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. No special equipment is required.

Should I start with the 1-Week Experience Pass or join the Monthly Program directly?

If you’re ready to commit, the Monthly Program offers the best value at ₹2,800, with your ₹200 introductory discount applied automatically.

If you’d prefer to experience the classes first, start with our ₹500 1-Week Experience Pass, which includes 3 live classes. If you decide to continue, your ₹500 will be adjusted toward your first month’s fee, and you’ll pay just ₹2,500 to complete your first month.

How does the 1-Week Experience Pass work with the Monthly Program?

The ₹500 1-Week Experience Pass includes 3 live classes, giving you the opportunity to experience the teaching style, class structure, and community before committing to a full month. If you decide to continue, the ₹500 you’ve already paid will be adjusted toward your first month’s fee, leaving just ₹2,500 to pay for the remaining 9 classes of your 12-class monthly cycle.
