I grew up with yoga – then adult life pushed it aside. Years of sitting took a toll until I rediscovered how much movement, breathwork, and nature restored me.

That shift became my purpose. I completed my RYT 200 at Ashmayu Yoga, Bangalore and have since taught at Cult.fit, Ashmayu Yoga, and independently. My students are mostly working professionals — and I understand their constraints personally.

My philosophy is simple: move at your own pace, build the habit, feel the difference.

You Back?

These are the questions most people have before their first class.

Is this suitable if I’ve never done yoga before?

Absolutely. The classes are designed for beginners. Every pose includes step-by-step guidance and practical modifications – you’ll never be pushed beyond your current ability.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

No. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement. We work with your current range and build from there.

What platform do the classes run on?

Classes are held on Zoom. After booking, you’ll receive the meeting link via email. A laptop or desktop offers the best experience, but a phone or tablet works too – just position it so your full body is visible.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

It’s strongly encouraged. Keeping your camera on allows real-time posture correction, which is what makes live classes different from recorded videos. If you prefer starting with it off, that’s completely fine.

How many students are in each class?

Each batch is capped at 20 students. The small group format ensures individual attention, clear visibility, and safer practice.

What if I miss a class?

No problem. There’s no minimum attendance requirement – simply join the next scheduled session.

I have a back / knee / joint issue. Can I still join?

Many students join with mild back or joint discomfort. Please mention your condition before your first class so appropriate modifications can be offered. If you have a serious or medically diagnosed condition, consult your doctor before starting.

Can I try before committing to a plan?

Yes. Book a full live trial class for ₹100. If you enroll afterward, the ₹100 is credited toward your membership. The trial fee itself is non-refundable.

What equipment do I need?

Just a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. No special equipment is required.

Is payment secure?

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay with full encryption. UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking are supported.
