Pay as you wish Yoga Session
- The Idea – Attend the class first and pay whatever you feel like, after the session.
- Date & Time – 24th April, Saturday. 8 AM – 9 AM
- Goal – Introducing you to yoga / re-spark your fitness routine.
- Class Duration – Approx. 55-60 mins
- Class structure – The session starts with grounding, short meditation, warm-up, yoga asana practice, restoration and closing to end the session.
- Location – Zoom
