Pay as you wish Yoga Session

  • The Idea - Attend the class first and pay whatever you feel like, after the session.
  • Date & Time - 24th April, Saturday. 8 AM - 9 AM
  • Goal - Introducing you to yoga / re-spark your fitness routine.
  • Class Duration - Approx. 55-60 mins
  • Class structure - The session starts with grounding, short meditation, warm-up, yoga asana practice, restoration and closing to end the session.
  • Location - Zoom
